Spring Week Tracker 2027: Investment Banking

A spring week, also called a spring insight programme or insight week, is a one to two week programme that investment banks run in spring for students early in their degree. Unlike a one-day insight day, it usually combines workshops, time on the desk and networking. It is the earliest way into the industry: many banks fast-track strong spring interns into the following year's summer internship process.

Each entry shows the location, the opening date as soon as the bank announces it, and the application deadline where the bank sets one. Until then you see when the programme opened last year. Most programmes take place in London, a few elsewhere, currently in Frankfurt, Bournemouth and Glasgow. Most banks review applications on a rolling basis, so applying in the first weeks after opening matters.

Application deadlines announced so far: October 2026: Blackstone (16 Oct), Morgan Stanley (18 Oct) and UBS (31 Oct); November 2026: J.P. Morgan (1 Nov), Lazard (15 Nov), Point72 (15 Nov) and Macquarie Group (30 Nov); December 2026: Jefferies (1 Dec) and BlackRock (4 Dec); January 2027: Nomura (10 Jan). The other programmes recruit on a rolling basis or have not announced a deadline yet.
